Made mainly of manganese and copper oxides with a customizable ratio, it is efficient, low - cost and high - performance.

Customized Usage Guidance & Humidity Control
- 1. Optimal operating temperature is between 50°C and 90°C. Temperatures below 10°C may reduce the catalytic efficiency.
- 2. Recommended working humidity should be below 70%. High humidity environments can reduce the catalyst's performance and shorten its service life.
- 3. If catalyst activity declines due to prolonged exposure to high humidity, it can be removed and regenerated by placing it in a 120°C oven for 8–10 hours. If this is not possible, exposing it to strong sunlight may partially restore its performance for reuse.
- 4. Containers used must be made of materials resistant to ozone corrosion.
- 5. For long-term storage, the product should be kept sealed, dry, and stored at room temperature, protected from moisture and dust.
- 6. In gas streams containing medium to high concentrations of chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, or arsenic, there is a risk of catalyst poisoning. If such conditions exist, the user must inform the supplier in advance of the gas composition and concentration. The catalyst formulation will be adjusted accordingly to prolong its service life.If no notice is given and catalyst poisoning occurs, leading to shortened lifespan, the supplier shall not be held responsible.
Recommended Usage Amount (both conditions must be met)
1.The catalyst weight should be approximately 8 to 10 times the maximum hourly ozone output of the ozone generator.
2.The height-to-diameter ratio of the catalyst bed should be approximately 2~3:1
